The name of this weighty coffee table (21kg) considers not only its central design feature, but more importantly the well balanced nature of the materials of its construction.
The base is made from iroko, often referred to as “African teakâ€, and is popularly used for boat building.
The tabletop and triangular supporting pillars are made of maple, a much prized wood due to its density, versatility and durability.
