Where are you based?
We are based at the Zennor Road Industrial Estate in Balham South London, just off the South Circular and 10 minutes walk from to Balham and Clapham South tube.
Which areas do you cover?
Our main area of operation is in and around London although we do from time to time work in other locations around the country. We also have clients in Germany, France and Spain.
Can we visit your workshop?
Yes. We are happy to accept visitors by appointment. Give us a ring or simply drop us a line and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you have any standard range of products?
All of our fitted furniture products and kitchens are completely bespoke and so no two products are ever alike. However we do offer a selection of fine furniture products which can be purchased from our online shop.

Please refer to our Process information for bespoke furniture in the column to the right.
What services do you provide?
We take care of all design and build aspects of your product, including, in the case of kitchens, the installation of appliances using an independent electrician and plumber. Should you wish to use your own electrician and / or plumber we are happy to accommodate this.
What guarantees do you provide?
All parts directly manufactured by Krailler come with a 5-year guarantee (excluding normal wear and tear and accidental damage). Any parts, materials and equipment not manufactured by Krailler will carry that manufacturer's warranty. We recommend that our clients take out an additional insurance that will also cover accidental damage and can put you in touch with appropriate insurance companies.
Will I be inconvenienced when you're installing?
Installation inevitably means that you won't have normal access to the area of your house that we will be working in, for a few days. We do our best to minimise disruption and will let you know when access will not be possible.
Do your materials and manufacturing processes meet environmental standards?
We follow standards that respect sustainability of supply, environmental stewardship, and fair pay and conditions for those who produce the materials we use. All our foreign-sourced woods are FSC certified, while our UK-sourced woods meet all applicable UK and/or EU standards. We also practice energy and water efficiency in our workshop.
How long will it take you to design and build my product??
This varies according to the size and specification. The design phase takes from one to four weeks, manufacture typically takes eight to twelve weeks, and installation takes one to three weeks.
Do you supply appliances?
Yes, we can supply most brands of electrical appliances, taps and sinks.

Process - Bespoke Work

Stage 1: Exploration

The first stage is meeting with one of our designers at your home to discuss your requirements. This typically takes around an hour of your time. Together we will explore the style you're looking for, matters of practicality and preferred options for materials, fixtures and fittings. There is no charge for this. We then prepare a cost projection based on the instructions you give us during our first meeting.

Stage 2: Design

This may involve trips to suppliers, obtaining samples, meetings to discuss options and producing various versions of drawings and designs. There will be a charge for these services which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Stage 3: Contracts

We will then deliver a Final Quote for Production & Installation to you, together with the final Design Specification. Once you are fully satisfied with the design and cost quotation, we will ask you to formally place an order with us and to make a payment of 50% of the contract price.

Stage 4: Production

The time taken between placing an order and installation is typically eight to twelve weeks. We will then invite you to visit our workshop in Balham, south London so you may approve the product before delivery and installation. We will then invoice you for a further 40% prior to installation, unless it is freestanding furniture in which case the full balance will be required.

Stage 5: Installation

Fitting takes one to three weeks, depending on the complexity of your product. Our skilled installers will do their best to keep mess and disruption to an absolute minimum during this period. Once you are fully satisfied with the installed product we will invoice you for the final 10% of the contract price.
